Fairy Yoga for Every Body with Mimi Budnick at RWPBC

Enjoy an “all ages” hour of Yoga for Every Body with Mimi Budnick inside the beautiful greenhouses at RWP Botanical Center.
Mimi describes her class as: “Accessible yoga, good for beginners and long-time practitioners alike. A well-rounded practice to build strength, release tension in the body, and cultivate peace in the mind and the heart.”
What to bring/do:
Yoga Mat, water and a snack for after the yoga.
Check in time begins at 7:30 at RWPBC ticket booth.
Your best stretchy fairy poses and then stay to explore the Fairy Garden Days exhibition after class before we open to the public at 10am!

Mimi Budnick is a queer yoga teacher and herbalist based in Providence, Rhode Island who draws from her long history as a community organizer and adult educator to connect with her students and create an environment that feels open and welcoming.
Mimi has been a student of yoga since 2001, and received her Vinyasa teacher certification in 2010 from Tom Gillette at Eyes of the World. Eventually gravitating to the more subtle sides of yoga, Mimi has done intensive study in trauma sensitive yoga, yin, and restorative yoga. Mimi is certified as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant through the American Institute of Vedic studies and has recently begun the pathway to becoming a clinical herbalist at the Vermont Center for Integrative Herbalism.
She offers individual consultations, classes, workshops and trainings that guide people into deeper and more meaningful connection with themselves, their community, and the world around them.
