Jim joined the office in March of 2022. Prior to that he worked on Wall St for a dealer’s broker and after returning home to Rhode Island, practiced criminal defense, prosecuted cases for the Attorney General and represented DCYF in the Family Court.
After discharge from the Unites States Marine Corps as a Sergeant, Jim earned his BS in Finance from Providence College in 1997, his law degree from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2001 and while in New York held FINRA Series 6, 7 and 55. He is licensed to practice law in Rhode Island and New York.
In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, cooking, playing guitar but mostly attending his son’s lacrosse and soccer games.
