Over the last year, the Department of Sustainability, in partnership with the Department of Planning and Development, has been working with a consultant to explore using zoning, comprehensive plan, and other policy changes as a tool in achieving the goals and targets in our Climate Justice Plan, including reducing pollution and decreasing carbon emissions.
